Quattra is an assistant librarian at the Great Library of Ziorre in Spire City. She almost never leaves either the Library or her home, but she dreams of traveling the world in search of knowledge and literature to bring back to the library. Quattra isn’t very good at talking to people and has few social skills.
Quattra has the rare talent of being able to read the ancient text on the mysterious Scrolls of Arcane Knowledge. By reading the text on the scroll in her possession, Quattra can manipulate, levitate, and throw objects around her. Without her scroll, Quattra is quite weak, but with its power she becomes a fearsome opponent.
